Access to our forums and server is a privilege, not a right. We aim to keep the community fun, fair, and welcoming for everyone.
Reporting Issues

Report forum rule violations via private message to any Moderator.
Report in-game hackers or exploits by opening a ticket in-game.
Report bugs exclusively through the Bug Tracker. Do not post bug reports, ask for votes, or share tracker links on the forums.

Important

Do not create threads complaining about staff, ninjas, hackers, exploiters, or bugs.

Infractions & Bans
Our infraction system tracks violations. Accumulating 21 points results in a permanent ban. Warnings (yellow cards) do not count toward this total.
Repeated or severe offenses may lead to forum bans and, in some cases, in-game bans — even on alternate accounts.
High Offenses (May result in permanent forum + game account ban)

Account selling or trading
Disrespect toward staff or the server
Advertising or solicitation (including real-money trading, cross-game deals, or promotions on external platforms like Discord, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, etc.)
Paid coin gifting or any form of compensation for coin/services outside the official marketplace

Lesser Offenses (May result in infractions or bans, escalating with repeats)

Discrimination, insults, or excessive cursing (including targeting players based on donations)
Advertising marketplace transactions
Inappropriate / 18+ material (including avatars and signatures)
Incorrect forum use: bypassing filters, posts under 10 characters, excessive colored text, or messy formatting
Spamming, necroposting (older than 1 month), +1 posts, bumping, reply-pics, derailing threads, or cross-posting
Posting bug reports, player reports, or evidence in public threads (report directly to GMs)
Posting on alternate accounts while banned (will extend original ban and permanently ban the alt)
Guild drama in recruitment threads (report issues directly to GMs)
Hostility toward multi-boxing or players who multi-box (it is a supported playstyle)
Non-English posts in Guild Recruitment (must be in English; otherwise moved or deleted)
